Dr. Anelia Peeva

Profile Dr. Anelia Peeva was born in Gabrovo. She is an angiologist with over 15 years of experience. She diagnoses and treats patients with blood vessel diseases. Dr. Peeva uses various methods to diagnose, prevent and treat conditions such as acute and chronic arterial insufficiency of the limbs, aneurysms, deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary thromboembolism, chronic venous insufficiency, and others. She performs vascular ultrasound diagnostics as well as sclerotherapy. Education Dr. Peeva graduated from Medical University Pleven in 2000. She obtained her specialty in Angiology in 2013. Qualifications - Postgraduate specialization in Healthcare Management in 2017 at the European Higher School of Economics and Management Sofia; Legal Regulation in Healthcare in 2018 at Medical University Sofia; - Course in ultrasound diagnostics of vascular diseases. Biography After graduating, Dr. Peeva worked successively as a doctoral student in neurology at Alexandrovska University Hospital; at National Cardiology Hospital from 2009 to 2013 during her specialization in angiology; at N. I. Pirogov University Emergency Hospital; in the Department of Angiology and Phlebology at Acibadem City Clinic; at St. Ekaterina University Hospital Sofia, where in 2016 she served as Head of the Department of Angiology; at Alexandra Health Diagnostic and Consultation Center; Vita Diagnostic and Consultation Center; and Gunev Medical Center. She is currently part of the specialist teams at Harmonia Medical Center Sofia. Over the years, she has completed multiple clinical observerships in Germany.
